Thank you so much for this awesome fic. I love this verse you've created especially the little details with Damon bargaining as though he holds the aces, and Stefan having to give up his freedom for the starving vampires to get blood, and the foreshadowing with Damon asking Klaus to make sure Stefan doesn't do anything stupid for one more week (and the irony that it's part of Damon & Stefan's plan that will get him killed) and Elijah being blinded for standing up to Mikael.

Stefan leans into the contact with his whole body and more than anything Klaus wishes he could know for certain that that means something, everything.
I loved Klaus's desperation with having to know what Stefan's decision was and this line was so incredibly evocative, as was Klaus's unheard plea
