Damon calling Jeremy "Little Gilbert"

Does anyknow know what episode Damon first  calls Jeremy "Little Gilbert"? I'm trying to work it into a fic and want to get the timeline right.

I remember him calling Jeremy like that in 4x06 but I'm not sure it's the first time.
