MOD POST: New format!
As I mentioned several times, I decided to change the format of this icontest. I've had a very difficult time trying to think of themes that people will like, so I decided that we needed more themes each week! That way, if no one likes one show then there will be more to choose from. The new format was inspired by and loosely based on you_choose_ic. I really like the idea of the members having a hand in the process.
In fact, there will be three themes per week. For each theme there will be three provided pictures. The format will go as follows:
Popular Theme: The most popular theme from the previous week will be continued.
Winner's Theme: The maker of the previous week's first place icon will be able to choose a theme.
Moderator's Theme: The moderator (me!) will choose one theme.
And here are the guidelines for the Winner's Theme: 1) To keep the privilege of the Popular Theme, any other themes cannot be repeated for ten weeks. For example, Week 1 had a Mad Men theme, which means that it wouldn't be eligible for Winner's Theme until after Week 11. 2) Please do not request anything that would be considered "spoilery". You cannot request a movie that has not yet had a worldwide release, i.e., Fantastic Beasts and the Crimes of Grindelwald. 3) It isn't mandatory, but I would love you forever if I was provided a link to a gallery or site where I could find pictures for your theme.
