I've posted my app. But I don't think I'll get enough votes in time to post for the Japanese voice alike... can i still submit though? And there aren't enoug hpeople for me to vote on T_T

Mod here! Absolutely! Since you asked, I say it's okay for you to submit it. :) And let's see....since this is a special case, less apps, votes scarce, here's what we can do:

Since we're short on theme apps anyway, go ahead and post it when you're ready, with whatever vote links exist (there is one comm-locked app left for you to vote on). I'll say your theme app's okay for votes, so subsequent applicants will be able to get vote links for their apps in turn, but before you eventually get stamped we'll be looking for a total of 3 vote links from you for that theme app (since by then hopefully we'll have more apps in). Sound good?
