Thank you, yuliee, for pointing out that when we screen comments after they've been posted, the person being replied to doesn't get LJ notifications. ;) I, for one, have alerts on for screened comments so I get everything but a lot of people don't. :P

With that, the rule on screening non-vote comments when posting on apps is now officially removed. So

It's only been a day, although there's been several votes already.....it seems fair to repost it, although it means people need to put their votes again. :x

...Although, nobody's objected so far, so it might be redundant. -_-;; *is looking for comments if someone wanted the Rival theme* If no one objects then maybe we should...just leave it anyway? -_o
