Announcement:

I'm proud to officially welcome Tomoyo-chan, tomoyoichijouji, as a permanent co-moderator at tutu_rating (actually, she doesn't know this yet so if you're reading this, Tomoyo-chan, say yes! :P). I've realized how much I needed someone to mod with and after how great you've been this November as a temp mod, I just knew you had to stay. :)

Hmmm...let's see, since this month is December...I'll probably be gone the last month of December (after Christmas or thereabout) so I may not be able to do that much during that period of time. Should we switch the weeks around in that case?

Er, question -- should I stamp regular apps or old theme apps if I see that they're ready? I left it !stamp pending because I wasn't sure if since it's your week you do the actual stamping. (BTW technically you have five votes on your app but I thought I might leave it for a day or two for voters to put in last words. That happened with one recent one, where there were 5 & 4 votes for two characters and then it became 6 & 5 respectively after one more vote. A little delay added one stamp. XP Plus it hasn't been a week yet so it couldn't hurt I figure...)

Since it's my week, it's also my turn to stamp apps. ;) I don't usually stamp apps immediately, anyway, so I was planning on leaving my app alone for a while, too. :P
