Good news, bad news

Good news first: I have been given permanent full time by my job. Even though the hours were usually equivalent to full time, the extra holiday pay and all the rest is nice. Bad news, it's Sunday to Thursday nights and that means no more choir for me. I have really enjoyed the last 2 and 1/2 years with my choir, and it's disappointing to have to

Congrats on the full-time status. I didn't realize you weren't! Too bad about the choir though - I know you love to sing. It will be weird for you not to not be at the family farm for Xmas, but time to start your own traditions perhaps?
