Awww, quick but awesome, lol! You should vid moreee! The texture was cool and I loved your fades etc and your lyric use was perfect!! But if you want some concrit I think I would say slow the pace down a little (I know it's a short vid but some of it was a little too fast and disorientating). That's just me though, and I really liked it.
Now go back on Vegas and make a longer one! ;) Lol
Thanks for the well-thought out feedback! I was TRYING for it to be fast-paced because I see so many vids now that have such crazy beat use that you can't even see some of the clips. I was just testing myself to see if I was capable of that. I'm still not sure if I personally like it or not, but I really do thank you for telling me what you really think. ♥
That was freaking amazing. You did so much in 15 seconds that people fail to do in 5 minutes. It always makes me cringe when Dean is all with the cutting and the boys are with the gun holding. I almost stopped watching season 2 the first time I started watching the show cause I was like "OMFGOSH THIS IS SO DEPRESSING! T_T" I think the boys need to live by the lyrics of the song and in many cases they do. Well picked and well put together, I think the use of the warm colours was unusual but well chosen because it fitting the up lifting melody of the song.
Yeah, S2 was kind of depressing, but I think S4 was worse what with Sam actually going darkside and Dean moping about Hell. In any case, I'm glad you thought the song lyrics worked! And they do follow the lyrics, sometimes, anyway. ;)
Sam going dark side and being all angty but agressive is different to just how suicidal and depressed both boys were in season 2. There was this equal sense of hopelessness that constantly broke my heart. S4 Sam kinda just pissed me off.
I love how you really did manage to have an entire concept in 14 seconds of vid! That was awesome! *applause* I definitely hope you'll have time to get back to vidding more, you most certainly have a talent for it! I think the really quick cuts worked well for this since it is so short, 3 minutes of that would've been a bit disorientating ;) but for this it felt like it flowed properly with the song and sort of set the atmosphere for it.

I think it worked here because a lot of the clips were interconnected (like the start where Dean is cutting himself is all one scene) so it's not important to catch onto every little clip, right? I dunno. I just wanted to have fun with the editing!
Yeah, I do wish I could vid, but I don't know how to get clips! AVIs won't really work unless I convert them twice over in WMM (which means losing quality!) I have SPN S1-3 and Pushing Daisies on DVDs, so I guess that's an option, but I have no clue how to even BEGIN ripping that the way that people do! Oh well. All in due time. ;)

Well, the 15 seconds was intentional, but it just turned out that the 4 lines of the song that I wanted to vid turned out to be that long. But hey, I wouldn't mind seeing a few 15 second vids and see what people come up with. :)
