Card kaisha ? I guess it's refering to zuka partners such as Mitsui Sumitomo ? It wouldn't be surprising that they have advantages for their staff seen the amount of money they put in yearly sponsoring.

Singapore school system is so complicated XD One of my friends is in high school there and she tried to explain it to me ... I nearly got a headache -_-; That sounds hecka frustrating. *sends hugs*
