http://turnthepageover.livejournal.com/49851.html “Babyyyyyy,” Jack whined, slipping his hand into the back pocket of my jeans as we walked through the bus. “Where are you going?”
“I’m going to lay in my bunk, because I’m tired as fuck,” I answered, grabbing a Vitamin Water out of the fridge before walking towards the bunk area.
“Can I come with you?”
“I wouldn’t let you sleep in my bunk if you were growing out of my ass,” I teased, knowing perfectly well that he was pouting behind me.
“But ba-aby!” he whined, moving his arms up to wrap around my waist. “I love you!”
“The fuck? I don’t even like your bitch ass,” I told him, trying to hold back my smile.
“You’re such a meanie,” he told me. “I know you love me.”
I pulled open the curtain of my bunk, climbing in and feeling Jack climb in next to me. I glared at him, pushing on his side gently.
“Get outta here,” I answered and he shook his head, moving to snuggle up against me.
“Never,” he answered, trying to wrap his arms around my waist.
“I’m gonna give you to the count of ten to get your ugly, yella, no good keister out of my bunk before I pump your guts fulla lead!” I told him, hearing him laugh as he recognized the quote.
“I’m not afraid of you,” he told me and I raised an eyebrow.
“One... two...” I counted, seeing him stare at me with a straight face, cocking an eyebrow. “Ten!”
I moved quickly, swinging my leg over his and pinning him down as I began to tickle him mercilessly. He shrieked, attempting to shove me off of him as he thrashed, giggling from the way my fingers dug into his sides.
“C-can’t breathe! Alex!” he yelled, laughing. I stopped when I could see tears starting to roll down his cheeks, chuckling and pressing a kiss to his panting lips.
“Keep the change, you filthy animal,” I told him, and he smiled, wrapping his arms around me tightly.
“I love you,” he answered. “You’re so perfect. Quoting my favorite movie and shit.”
“I love you too,” I answered, yawning and rolling off of him. “Now go away so I can sleep.”
He chuckled, snaking his arm around my waist once against and snuggling into my side.
“Of course not,” he mumbled into my shoulder, running his fingers through my hair soothingly.
“You’re such a disease,” I huffed, body relaxing as I felt sleep beginning to overpower me.
“Shh. Say goodnight, Alex.”
“Goodnight, Alex,” I murmured, hearing him giggle and feeling him kiss my jaw lightly.

“Jack, leave my feet alone!” I groaned, kicking them from their place under the blanket. I felt pressure on them again, and I huffed. “Motherfuck! You’re afraid of feet! What is your problem?!”
I pulled the blanket up over my head, curling my legs up so they were closer to my body. I felt something jump on my legs before pouncing on my head.
“What the fuck?!” I yelled, ripping the blanket off of me and moving to sit up. I hit my head on the top of the low bunk ceiling, looking around until my eyes landed on a little gray ball of fur on the bunk next to me. “Jack Bassam Barakat! Get your ass on here now!”
I groaned, rubbing my head and seeing the kitten cock it’s head at me curiously. I glared at it as it moved to crawl onto me, shaking my arm so it fell off. The evil little thing took it as me trying to play though, and immediately flicked its tail from side to side before pouncing on my hand.
“Ow! You bitch! Go the fuck away from me! Jack!”
I shoved the blankets off of me, standing up out of my bunk and looking around for my boyfriend. He came into the room just as I was about to walk out and I stood in front of him, glaring as I crossed my arms.
“What are you yelling about, crazy?” he questioned, moving forward and leaning into to kiss me. I glared even harder, moving back and pointing my finger into the bunk violently.
“What the fuck is that?!” I demanded, and he looked inside innocently.
“It’s an adorable little kitten, babe,” he answered, reaching in and pulling the kitten back out by the scruff of his neck. He cuddled him to his chest, petting him lovingly and making the kitten pur.
“Why is there a fucking kitten in our bunk?” I demanded, watching Jack nuzzle his face into the kitten’s fur.
“Because he needed a home,” Jack responded simply and my jaw went slack.
“So! Why does that have to be in my bunk?!” I demanded and he shrugged.
“He likes you,” he answered and I glared.
“Fuck you! You know I hate cats! Why would you bring one on the bus?!” I yelled and he pouted.
“Alex! He had no home! He was in the alley outside the venue scared and alone! I couldn’t just leave him there! He wouldn’t have survived!” he insisted and I huffed. “Come on, Alex. He’s really sweet. All he’s done since he’s come on the bus is love on everyone. Even Flyzik loves him and is letting me keep him. If you give him a chance, you’ll love him. I promise.”
“Doubt it,” I answered, rolling my eyes.
“Al-lex,” he whined, and I looked up at him to be met with a pair of big brown puppy dog eyes. “He’s just a baby that wants to be loved! Love him!”
I groaned, looking away from my pouting boyfriend and down at the ball of fur he was holding out to me. The kitten looked up at me, meowing lightly and making me sigh.
“What’s his name?” I questioned, watching a huge smile spread over Jack’s face.
“I knew it! I love you!” he cheered, moving forward and pressing a kiss to my lips. “You’re so amazing! But um... I haven’t named him yet!”
“Well, he needs a cool name,” I answered, looking down at him and making a face.
“Greg,” Jack answered and I shook my head, giving him a weird look.
“Definitely not. That’s an ugly name,” I told him and he shrugged.
“Elroy,” he said and I scrunched up my nose.
“You are never naming our children,” I told him and he raised an eyebrow.
“Since when are we having children?”
“Never. I wouldn’t trust you with a baby,” I told him, watching him pout.
“I would be an amazing father!” he protested. “I love kids!”
“Let’s see how you handle this whole kitten thing first, babe,” I answered, smirking.

“This fucking cat!” I cursed, shoving him off of my chest. Rian laughed, picking up his beer and taking a sip of it.
“He loves you, man,” he told me and I rolled my eyes.
“Yeah, well I don’t love him,” I said, hearing him meow as he moved to climb back up my chest.
“Awh, how can you not?” Jack asked, sitting down next to me and smiling. He scratched behind the kitten’s ears, making him purr loudly. I gave him a sour look, before looking up at the game that was playing on the television. I could feel the kitten kneading his paws against my chest as he tried to get comfortable, allowing his claws to slip out and sink into my skin through my t-shirt.
“Ow! You little bastard!” I cursed, trying to shove him off my chest again, but he dug his nails even deeper. “Ow! Ow! Jack, get this thing off of me!”
“He’s fine,” he told me and I huffed.
“He’s scratching the fuck out of me!” I yelled and he laughed.
“You’re so dramatic,” he responded and I glared. “Just stop pulling on him and he’ll let go. All he wants to do is snuggle with you.”
I sighed, glaring down at the bundle of fur as he swiped his tail back and forth, meowing at me.
“Shut up,” I mumbled.
“We still need to name him,” Jack said, running his finger under his chin and scratching. The kitten purred, leaning his head back and making Jack giggle. “He looks like a Kevin.”
“You want to name everything Kevin,” I answered, rolling my eyes.
“It’s a nice name!” he insisted and I rolled my eyes.
“Damnit!” Rian yelled, and I looked up at the television to see what he was yelling at.
“What?! Fucking Flacco!” I yelled, hearing the kitten meow and purr.
“I think he likes that name,” Jack said, laughing.
“What?” I questioned.
“Flacco,” he responded, and the kitten stood up, walking over and brushing up against his face from where his head was resting against my shoulder. I heard him giggle, and I gave a small smile at how adorable my boyfriend was. “I think we found his name.”
“I’m glad,” I answered, grinning down at Jack’s smiling face.
I leaned down, brushing our noses together gently before kissing him. The sweet kiss was shortly interrupted, though, by a small kitten pouncing on my head as he attempted to eat my hair.
“Flacco, you little bastard,” I cursed, swatting at him as Jack cooed and laughed.
