daynawashere asked me about this and I went strait to the psd because (honestly) I did not remember what I did; you can't imagine the surprise of finding that I worked on a 600*wide canvas. So be aware that the images under the cut are HUUUGE.

Wow! Thank you so much!! This is fantastic! I absolutely love the subtle ways you build up the colour! I'll definitely be trying some of these techniques! :D

You're welcome! I honestly didn't remember much about this icon (or the other from SH tbh), but it was fun to go back and see how many layers I need to have a couple of coloured light blobs!
Though, working with a bigger canvas really helps to get better colours, especially because you can move around the colour blobs and still achieve a cool colouring while they are not directly on the canvas!
