073: BLACK AND WHITE! (no way!)

I don't know how I managed to make 20 black and white icons. Really, I'm such a colour whore that I thought I would give up at 10! But indeed I didn't and I'm very very proud! Obviously this batch is for 20inspirations and, well, THIS for me was quite hard but still exciting

I'm a color whore, too, so this round is painful, but it's great to be challenged, right? :)

I adore 14. I wish I knew how to put text across someone's face without it looking dumb. You executed that idea perfectly, and the crop and contrast in his skin are amazing! I also love the hazy, shiny quality of 15 and 17 as well as the contrast of her face in both icons. The text in 17 is superb as well! Wonderful blocking in 19 and the sharpness in 16 is magnificent!

I loved this round so much! I was never a fan of bw icons, but I've changed my mind. They're hard to produce and very deep once they're done!

Thank you so much, in both #15 and #17 I've used a couple of textures to get that effect because I tried to push attention on the crop instead of the rest! In particular #17, which happens to be one of my favourite caps of Morgan!

forse non sai che IO adoro le icone b/w. anzi molto spesso trovo che siano anche MOLTO meglio di quelle colorate: è difficile fare una bella icona b/w perché per l'appunto è in b/w u_ù #nonfaunapiega
queste icone non sono belle DI PIU' proprio ♥ ne snaggo un sacchissimo!

Io le odio abbastanza! Ma forse è meglio dire "odiavo" perchè non le capivo, dopo averle fatte però, mi sento di dire che sono meravigliose! Ci vuole una certa consapevolezza per dare un tono ad un determinato tipo di icona! Soprattutto quando devi caricarla senza poter usare i colori! ♥

I thought I'd commented, but I hadn't, but THESE ARE GORGEOUS! UNF your text, so brilliant, just look at 3, 8, 14, 20, gah. Love your black and white tones too, espeically in 6, 4, 9. Love, love, love, love 16. and 7 is stunning. Just, everything <3.
