Ha! I'm back! Well, I never went anywhere, not exactly, but I came down with a really awful cold. I thought that since the waterfall comes out of the wall in the apartment and it's not outside, it would be okay to keep training even though it's so late in the year. Guess I must have overdone it anyway

Oh! Well, you see. A medium must train herself to work in harsh conditions and have amazing endurance. So we spend oodles and oodles of hours training to meditate underneath waterfalls! And sometimes with bears.
