Vdex valentine's event

You have to receive mail to get chocolates. Then, you can go to the map and run into wild vulpix, if you have the chocolates then you have a chance of catching a special colored (shiny version too) one. If you catch all five then you can put them in your party and then that opens the white vulpix (black is they shiny version) on the map. It takes one piece of candy and a pokeball to catch the Valentine’s Vulpix.
