Mod Announcement: Changes to voting guidelines!

Recent voting patterns here at T-R, though most are quite impressive which the mods are over the moon about, have brought a few things to our attention. We have not been as strict about these things in the past, but starting with Round 8, we will be cracking down and asking people to re-sumbit votes that do not meet T-R guidelines
