Peppermints are you friend if you're having tummy troubles. The more pepperminty the better. I have peppermint essential oil, but even sucking on starlight mints helps for just basic nausea. I'm not saying you'll stop throwing up, but it does seem to soothe things, and maybe that means you can keep one extra cracker down.
I start work again tomorrow after the summer off, and I'm excited and freaking out about it at the same time. It's been a nice break, and enough of one that I want to go back to work, but I still can't believe how fast the time went.
I took the car into the shop and canned 7 quarts of pickles today. Saturday I work at the farmer's market selling jam. :) August is fun.
