So, I am still trying. I promise.

I know my last few posts have been pretty down. It's a roller coaster of emotions and I appreciate how supportive you've all been of me.

Last night was strange for me. It was a mix of good and bad. Bad as in I threw up so randomly, in the middle of conversations with Kalli, but I also had some really good ( Read more... )

Don't you hate it when your doctor goes on vacation right when you NEED THEM? :)

Peppermints are you friend if you're having tummy troubles. The more pepperminty the better. I have peppermint essential oil, but even sucking on starlight mints helps for just basic nausea. I'm not saying you'll stop throwing up, but it does seem to soothe things, and maybe that means you can keep one extra cracker down.

I start work again tomorrow after the summer off, and I'm excited and freaking out about it at the same time. It's been a nice break, and enough of one that I want to go back to work, but I still can't believe how fast the time went.

I took the car into the shop and canned 7 quarts of pickles today. Saturday I work at the farmer's market selling jam. :) August is fun.

Sometimes I am astounded that everyone else is healthy and I'm such a mess. It amazes me that this feels normal. I can't think about it too much since it's pretty depressing. I've harnessed denial for the forces of good ;)

How awful to be that nauseous! I hope you can start keeping things down.
