My grand-daddy (S's daddy) has been a little upset lately. You see, he's a nice man who loves decorating the house with his own handicrafts but recently, the grasshoppers that he made out of green ribbon (that stood on places like the tv top and various other locations) started disappearing mysteriously!!

Yes, Singers is really small and not having a car here is really bad too because this means Eve needs to rely on people or get into a taxi with frumpy grumpy taxi drivers to take me anywhere fun- like the beach or the dog park.
Oh!! You must miss the wide open spaces so much. I think I can somewhat understand. We we moving to Japan so this means even smaller spaces to run around in but fingers crossed, we get a car so Eve can take me on excursions.
(Eve here) It's still a long time away but it's funny when I think how Fei will cope with all that space and nature when we return to Aus oneday. Afterall, she has been in tiny cramped apartments like Singapore and Tokyo. What if she doesn't like the great outdoors and prefers to stay in?? Oh well. We'll see.
