If it was so easy everyone would be doing it right? I had done a lot at one point in my life and gotten to an amazing level and lost control again. That was the hardest part (physically, mentally, and financially). Losing 150lbs and gaining most of that back.
Do you food journal? Sometimes that can help. If you see what you're eating written down it makes you go "wow I ate that??" When you think it in your mind vs. being on paper you edit things intentionally or unintentionally.

Be careful about obsessing on a goal. It can lead to a bad spiral if you don't make it exactly. Go for an attitude of I want to get to as close to this as possible.
