I rewatched the last 20 minutes of it today. Ugh... knife in heart... but so beautiful. It kills me but it's just so wonderful that I can't stay away.

I'm having a hard time letting go too. Thank you for this gentle drabble. It warms my heart to know that they will be reunited with the others, some sooner than others. One in particular, very soon, I think.

I mean, I feel so comforted by that other side of the river thing... I also have a friend who believes they'll all be reincarnated... :)

I think it was only this morning that I actually felt somewhat recovered from the whole thing. Seriously, no series finale has ever given me that kind of impact before, and as soon as I saw it I knew I wanted to write something like this.

I remember that one of the things that made me sob alot in BSG was the scene where Roslin goes to that riverbank and sees her mother on the other side, and so I wanted to bring a bit of that back.

ADAMA AND ROSLIN CAN HAVE THEIR CABIN BY THAT RIVER... I've decided.
