The verdict is in and I will be attending Tulane in the fall, Class of 2010. I'm pretty pumped. Does anyone have any advice as far as what I need to do this summer to prepare, what dorm I should try to get, etc.? Any other c/o '10-ers yet?

hell, i dunno what the dorms are like anymore. just resign yourself to the bullshit of monroe, butler, or sharp for your first year. try for a better dorm the next year, or live off campus.

this summer, you need to enjoy the fuck out of yourself.

Wall is 963962353 times nicer than any other freshman dorm.

If you don't get wall, go for JL (all girls) or Warren (I think it will be co-ed next year :P), those are the two nicest after Wall.

There's a dorm....called Wall? WTF. I guess I really don't spend any time on that half of campus anymore...

Let me say that living in the dorms at Tulane was one of the worst experiences of my life. People vomiting in the elevator, on the stairs, people peeing down the stairway just for fun, leaving their rotten milk in the stairways....*shudders* Tulane freshmen are some of the worst people on the face of the earth.

Yeah, it's brand new this year. It's nicer here than it is in Willow. It's upperclassmen and freshmen together.
