The irony is that on the day that I made that post, I realized that I can post to Livejournal from work, and with very little work to do, I've had a lot of time on my hands during which I could have posted. Maybe I will this afternoon about everything....maybe ( Read more... )

How'd the apartment hunt go?

So far, pretty well! I haven't been to see any more apartments but I have found a roommate (potentially) which is even better. We're meeting up for coffee tomorrow to make sure our personalities click, but so far, so good! We're also found some great 2 bedroom places and I've been surprised at how much nicer the places are when you're able to split the rent. For our price range we can even rent a townhouse, which to me seems so incredible given that for the same price I could rent a 200 square foot bachelor.

Plus it will be really nice to live with someone. I recognize that there are complications of course, but I've been so lonely since the Matt-thing, and living in a basement is making me really depressed in the winter months, so this could be really healthy for me. Plus, it'd be awesome to have someone to chill out with to watch Grey's Anatomy!
