I’ve been unable to change the format of the ePub book. Today, while reading it, I stumbled on how to cut and paste quotes. Much relief ( Read more... )

I hope your tulip and daffodils will be beautiful this spring. I was thinking about you the other day and how much fun I had working on the SB4 with you and Camillo.

How is Stevie Ray? What's he doing now. It seems like forever since I heard any news about him and his mum. I hope they're all doing well, too.

Glad you figured out some things about working with ePub documents. I never much got into Kindles and such. If I don't have a printed book, I prefer to read on my desktop computer... but my grandson tells me I really should get a ebook reader. *giggles* He's 8 yrs old and a wizard on a tablet.

Take care of your self the best you can, and just know I'm thinking about you. ~hugs you~

Stevie Ray started university this year, he went to Europe for a few weeks and had a great time.

I use my iPad 90% of the time, it’s eeasy to read lying down. While I do have “real books”, I’ve had so many over the years that I’ve had to find new homes for, it’s easier with ebooks. They are with you everywhere, don’t gather dust, don’t need shelf space.
I can read kindle books on iPad, as well as kobo books, and project Gutenberg ones, scanned by libraries. I would never be able to access some of the books I’m using as they are hundreds of years old, had very short press runs, and would cost a fortune. There is a key text, 7 volumes, a full set is £5,000, buying individually would be about $300.

I’d suggest you get an iPad mini.

I don't even like using my smart phone. I really do need larger print for many things and reading my computer monitor is so much easier because I can zoom in or out to suit my tired eyes.

I so happy for Stevie Ray!!! Please tell him Aunt Beffeysue is very pleased for him and proud of all his hard work.
