That's what I get for trying to be SuzyHomemaker. Spilt some Yorkshire pudding mixture on stove glass, making Toad in the Hole.  Grabbed cloth to wipe - it was too wet. Glass cracked. Now I will have to order a replacement

Oh bollocks, what a pain! *kicks oven gently so as not to cause more trouble* Still, I'm impressed with your efforts to keep the kitchen clean. I do that... maybe once ever two weeks.

I'm trying hard to keep it clean. Hoping this will help my depression lift. MRI next week- crossing fingers and toes that something can be done about this face pain. Lost hours this am, waiting to feel slightly human.

True, now I've slept on it, I recall wiping the hot glass many times since I had this stove - over 9 years, so I suppose it was just time for this bit to be fixed. Just another expense when I can't afford it.
