Tomorrow, I am hosting thank you English Sunday Lunch for volunteers from last summers'  fundraising dinner for Stevie Ray. Finally!

Up til 3 or so this am - brain would not sleep
Dragged out of bed at 9
Made breakfast, oven cleaner stuff on, load in wash

Have
cleared out fridge freezer
Put on dishwasher
Hung two loads of laundry
supply

I had to google Irish Car Bomb Cake. Sounds delicious, but what an unfortunate name.

It's a very rich and luscious cake. Serve with whipped cream to which you add a shot of Drambuie.
