It’s been awhile since I last updated.  I have spent that time trying to come up with something positive. The problem is that the positive things in my life right now are rather insignificant. I will list some of them anyway.

            This summer has surely been a learning experience.  I could write a small novel on all the social aspects of the work place I learned about.  I could also write a small novel about the tire industry, and probably run a used tire business (I’m not being sarcastic here.)  It is enough information to make your head pop!  This coming ( Read more... )

When I talked to Tom on the phone today he sounded happier then I he has in weeks, happier then he has in months I should say.  While I still have my reserves about Jeannette moving in with him (for financial and trust reasons) he is happy.  That is more important to me than anything else.  Maybe my prayers are being answered again.  I hope so.  ( Read more... )

This weekend was hard.  I'm glad I got to see Kristin, Dani, and Tom.  Getting to bake, cook, eat good food, and watch lots of TV and movies was a treat.  I felt more relaxed than I have since the last time I was in VA, (but not as relaxed as I was the last time.)  Crying was the worst part; it makes me feel weak and stupid.  I know I did the right ( Read more... )
