Update on my principal
Carly Sigelbaum, my principal's daughter, died on Friday. She was nine years old and her only child.
Her husband is in good condition, and sounds like he'll be okay, but this is going to be a rough time for them, and for the school community. Please keep them in your thoughts and prayers.

The community does seem to be coming together, both from the district level down and from all the parents and teachers. We're also doing our best to support our assistant principal, who is having to step up to the plate and take on Carla's duties plus her own.
