I have again wandered off to Blacksburg. Today I went for a run 'round the Huckeberry Trail and into the Ag fields. I ought to run more so I can take myself to different little places in this crazy town that I haven't had the opportunity to enjoy yet

I saw on the news where there's a killer on the loose in your vicinity. Are things as locked down there as I'm hearing? The media says that you guys are pretty much banished to your dorms and apartments.

More or less. They wouldn't let anyone in or out of public buildings, except when they thought he was in the student center and they got everyone the fuck out of there. I was a tad nervous leaving the house till he was caught. Others decided it was a good time to take a walk with their infant. Still trying to get my head around that one. When there a guy out there shooting people down like it's going out of style, I prefer to spend some quality time with my living room.
