Just for you, doll! You seriously have made me want to recon again. There are ideas trickling around...

I love my little ghosts. Playing with prints has been really fun.

Thank you! My quilting mojo has been on high the last week. :)

I'm trying to get mine back.. I really need to have a year of quilting instead of just piecing all the time. I'm trying to put together a small quilt top with some old birthday blocks so that I can get back quilting on something I don't care about too much.. I bought another Craftsy class (Wild Quilting with Christina Cameli) that's making me want to get back into quilting mode.

Your ghosts reminded me of a super cute ghost fabric I found last year.. I need to figure out a way to use it in something! So cute!

I'm plowing through my To Be Quilted pile and it feels AWESOME, though I would like to work more on branching out, maybe trying a pantograph or stencils. I would love to get to the point where I am actively working on two or three projects at a time without a massive backlog of other stuff. My Juki is almost 2 years old and pretty desperately needs to be serviced after all I've put it through! That's next week. We'll see if I can live without it!

I, of course, approve of the peace shirt. I keep wanting to do some shirt recon, but can't decide what I want to do. I no longer have a serger, but have many zig zag and stretch stitches, so not worried about the lack of "official serger".

Woo! Love the quilting... You have had some serious quilting mojo lately. Very awesome! Can't wait to see it bound and labeled in all its glory next week.

My brother did the dna thing with two different companies, and they did not come back with identical results. Of course those were for HIM, but I would venture a guess mine would be pretty much the same.:P So only 10% Irish according to ancestry.com for my immediate family. 99.9% European (duh)

I have a big bag of white and other blanket t-shirts that I've saved from our Goodwill basket just so I can play. I may have to dig one or two out and see what I can do with them now that the inspiration is coming back!

The quilting mojo is still high, but I need to get my Juki serviced. It turned out to not be the thread that was the problem. I struggled with breakage all the way through my X-Files quilt and then realized I've never had the machine serviced and it's quilted a ton of quilts...

I feel pretty good about the DNA thing I did. My aunt did it, too, and we ended up with very similar results. Ancestry even sent us both emails saying that there was an aunt/uncle niece/nephew connection. :)

Oh wow, and you've had the Juki a long time. Get that baby a spa day!

I think the biggest surprise was that we weren't more Scandinavian. I know he shared that info with another cousin/uncle who was also surprised. Another surprise was the 1% South Asia (basically zeroed in on India).

I know! I got it just before Sandbox in 2015. It's definitely time...

Love the ghostly house!

I had my DNA done by some company (I can't remember which one) but was very disappointed. 100% European - mostly Great Britain with some German, French and Scandanavian thrown in. I was hoping for something more exotic. Oh well.

You certainly got a lot done. You and Vanda are putting me to shame!!!

We have a goodwill outlet here in town where you can get stuff out of the bins. I've been a few times but have never found anything as good as your Star Wars fleece. I have gotten a few good books though.

I am really enjoying seeing everybody's Labyrinth quilt blocks. Makes me want to see the movie.

As a peace, love and understanding enthusiast since the 60s, I thoroughly approve the peace sign. Groovy baby!

Thank you! The Halloween fabrics have been so fun to play with!

You and I sound like genetic twins. ;)

Groovy, indeed. ☮
