Happy New Year!

hello to your gorgeous girl!

Snow...keep that stuff there....unless I get a blizzard where everyone I know locally is home and we don't have to work for a week. :)

2017 is shaping up to be BUSY!!! *schedules all the things*

Happy New Year to you, too!

Snow was such a novelty to us, especially being snowed in! They have their game down, though...the snow plows and airport shuttles never stopped running!

Hello!!
Snow, I wish, we are suffering from a heat wave here at the moment. And it it's the hottest part of the year.

Looks like you had some fun.

Happy New Year!

It's "winter" for us, but it has only been cold here and there. The snow was AMAZING. My kids were very happy to exchange stuff for adventure this year!

That snow looks really lovely but VERY COLD. I will take my 20-50 degree range that we have right now and be happy. Looks like y'all are enjoying your vacation. *hugs*

It rarely gets below freezing here. I honestly had to go buy a coat because I didn't own one! It was FANTASTIC, but I wouldn't want to be the one responsible for all the shoveling and plowing.

And it snowed overnight. Schools are on a 2 hour delay. Winter decided to finally show up! Thankfully in a few days it's supposed to be a high in the 50-60 range again.

We had a lovely break! This is why our trip to England wasn't very long. Eli split his vacation time for this. :)

Lovely daughter and scenery. I am not a winter lover; I don't like cold or slick weather. But there is no doubt that a snow-covered scene is beautiful. That being said, they are now calling for 5 to 7 inches of snow here tonight and very cold weather for the next week so it won't be melting any time soon. This girl will be housebound for at least the next week.

My kids had never seen more than a few flurries and it just doesn't stick here, so we thought some actual winter weather would be fun. It was for a few days, but I can't imagine living in it!
