That is so great that your batting came early. I know you were really wanting to get that quilt quilted.
We ran out of candy around 8:20 or so last night, so it was then time to shut off all the lights and SLEEP. Even so we still overslept this morning. I think it's the weather changing here affecting my sleep. Today it was fall-like and cloudy and cooler. It's too cool to have the air on, but not really cool enough to sleep well.
I think that wall art came out great. I would never even think of stenciling canvas, but it makes sense it would work at least as well as fabric for stenciling. Even better because it's taut.

Years ago, Big E's maternal grandmother gave me a ton of canvases, and I ended up playing around with them using stuff on hand. That's pretty much how this idea came about. :)
I managed 7 hours last night. I hope I can sleep tonight. SO EXCITED about Houston!

And I am so excited about the 2017 agenda. I may be working on 2 fantastic beast QALs at the same time. I don't think I'll be able to start the current one until 2017.
It was nice to pull an old craft idea out of mothballs! She did love it, so I'm happy. :)
2017 is going to be amazing! I'm very excited about all of our events. Choose Your UFO is my answer to all of those that get started and have trouble finishing. Maybe if we cheer each other along, that'll make it easier!
