We used to have a store called Factory-2-U. Many years ago, I'm talking like 1999-2001, I went there with both my parents, this store sold name brand factory close-outs, so you never knew what you would find. This time they had a rack of ALL star trek shirts, there were next gen, deep space nine, classic trek, you name it. And all for $2.99 each. If I could have afforded it I would have bought all of them and opened an ebay shop. They were all official Star Trek merchandise. Unfortunately, I could only afford 2 because I also had to buy my daughter new shoes with the money I had on me. The other one was a Captain Picard shirt for my husband. How I wish I could send some money to myself back in time to that day, lol.
Thanks! Because of not having a quarter-inch piecing foot I tend to have my traditionally pieced blocks come out slightly off in size, so I was so excited when I saw how these turned out. Exactly 12.5" unfinished!
It's really getting quite ratty, I tend to only wear it at home now. I wish I could go back in time to the day I bought it when they had a whole rack of different trek shirts for $3 a pop. If only I hadn't been so broke back then. I'd be rich now! I miss Factory-2-U. Big Lots is nice but they don't have clothing like F2U did.
