The TABA quilt is coming along beautifully. Love all the blocks, but I think the Mithral block is my fave. But the Mountain is beautiful too. And Smaug. Darn it, I like them all! I totally understand about redoing the cloaks block. You wouldn't be happy with the quilt if you didn't do that.
The earth tones you are using for your borders, backing and binding are perfect!
Love your Dr who work and the fabric you have chosen for your hobbit quilt, its going to look fab. The only trick I learnt with the invisible thread is to put in the upright it breaks less. Good luck x
Way to go on your dr who blocks! If I ever get restarted on that project I will likely do 12 as well and then add the tardis in there somewhere else or on the back.
Well done on your TABABoM blocks as well. I love the accent fabrics you are going with. Also that copper from Joann's looks exactly like the moda grunge from here so that was a great find.
