Such a cute little hexie pot holder,  glad you could do something with that.

So glad you are feeling better, You sound better to.

The butterfly design is beautiful, won't be able to test though. Not enough time in the day, busy little bee.

Me, too! I just had to rescue it. :)

No worries, I have two testers and an idea of what I want to do with the butterfly once I have time to stitch again.

Happy to see and hear you feeling better!!!

The orphan block turned out super cute. Nice find.

The butterfly is beautiful. I'm glad you have your testers. That one is probably beyond my skills.

Thank you, it's good to feel alive again! ;)

The butterfly shouldn't be hard, just a lot of stitching. I always tend to draw when I'm sick. The original 12 blocks for My Favorite Things were designed when I had the flu a couple of years ago!!

What a lovely use for your sidewalk hexie! What are the odds? (seriously, in your house surely someone has already actually figured out the odds of you finding that, lol)

So glad you are feeling better! I wish I could see enough to stitch! At least I can machine sew. Thank goodness. Hopefully I'll manage a trip to recheck my prescription soon.

That flour sacking is awesome, AND already cut! What a neat surprise.

I see you got the "wear black stripey shirt today" memo. ;)

I did ask the boys to figure out the odds re: the orphan quilt block, and they told me they don't have enough data about the quilting population. ;)

New lenses, new lenses! I suspect being able to see better will make every day a little less stressful for you.

That flour sacking! I am thrilled to have it. :D

Woo, black stripey shirt solidarity! *fist bumps*

I was supposed to go today on my day that got cancelled, so I'll try again for my eyes Monday. I need to make an appt for Phebe too. Hope I can get her in.

What an interesting moment of serendipity, that block finding its way to you...or vice versa. :) So cool!

Those flour sack pieces are a great gift from Amber. If anyone can give them life, it's you!

Finding the block was fairly surreal. The hubby was impressed that I knew what it was because it was face down, still had the paper on and was really grubby from the back!

I have an idea percolating for a small project with the flour sack pieces...more on that later!
