I love the quilts. The log cabin is my fav. Can't wait to make some cute buttons!

I agree! I love log cabins. They can be arranged into so many different patterns.

I'm so glad my orphan blocks/rows are being used and given to some deserving kids.

Thank you again for the lovely blocks. They truly are "instant" quilts for me to make! :)

I love how your work space is shaping up.  And all the lovely quilts, ☺.
I hope you feel better soon.  Big hugs.

The space is slowly (very slowly!) coming together. I love having handmade goodies surrounding me. :)

Mostly I'm just tired and have a stuffy nose. I didn't realize how obvious it was until I edited my video!

Whoa, Suzy's been busy! :) What a great donation for Linus.

Nice idea about having handmade things around you in your workspace. I like that blue and sort of multi stripe mini/block back there.

I somehow never saw the X Files but have seen clips. The blocks on this that you're doing look so appropriately mysterious and really nicely done.

Hope I'll be back to making videos by next week....

Aren't the blocks from Suzi amazing? I'm thrilled she shared with me!

The multi-stripe block you're seeing is Braided Kaleidoscope. It's one of my published blocks that was collecting dust! You can see it better here.

I started watching The X-File when it originally aired. I feel so old now watching the original episodes. Dang it! I'm glad you think the blocks look mysterious. The batik does it, I think!

Looking forward to seeing you again! :)

Aww shucks, folks. I'm glad to get them out of my stash. Nice blocks but they just weren't talking to me. I'm so glad to have found them a home where they will be put to good use.

You've done such lovely things with the X-Files stitch-a-long! I'm not a huge fan of the show, but it's almost worth watching just to do your awesome project :)

How could they not choose your most excellent blocks?? The sewing machine and buttons are great, and they look even better with the colors/fabric that you chose for your samples. Pfft, their loss!

Brilliant work on the orphan block projects. It's lovely to see how generous everyone is, sending spare blocks your way. You do such great work for Linus :D

Thank you, m'dear!

I suspect you'd really enjoy The X-Files. Eli and I did an epic rewatch in the fall including all 9 original seasons and both movies in their appropriate order. I forgot how GOOD it is.

My blocks have been overlooked many times. Ah well, that's what self publishing is for! ;)
