I love the yarn colors you're working with. It doesn't look terribly wonky to me, I really like it!

AND, I totally forgot to add the clip of your birthday stuff to my video. DANG IT. Ah well, I'll try to remember next week.

Crap, I forgot my birthday stuff too. I even deliverately had on earrings Jan made for my birthday and then forgot to mention them. That's what happens when I am trying to hurry.

If I can remember. and if I have time to do a video for next week. Ack. I started having periods mild-moderate anxiety attacks yesterday morning and again this morning, I think just worrying about ALL THE THINGS over the next week or so. Just keep deep slow breathing and telling myself there is nothing I can't finish this weekend. I would love to work on it after dinner in the evening, but I just am too brain-dead and tired by then. I went to bed early last night because I just couldn't stay awake.

I don't know if it's a wonky rectangle or just the weight of the blanket making it hang wonkily... if that makes sense. You could probably block it once it's done (if you really wanted, anyway) and it'd square up nicely.

I like your green cardigan.

I think maybe it's just that the bronze yarn has less drape than the other yarn I am using, and I am doing half-double crochets instead of doubles, because I wanted the yarn to last longer, but I think actual double crochets would drape more nicely. I think I'll leave it as is. They aren't going to build a house with it, they are going to snuggle under it, lol.

Thanks! Good ol' Target clearance rack, lol. Where I can buy a sweater for less than a single skein of yarn. ;)

The afghan didn't look wonky to me. Maybe it is just the drape of it?

This year thankfully is not as complicated as a few of th e previous years, such as trying to make a few anime characters more age appropriate, for instance, but I'm having a serious lack of finding what I need and finding the time I need to do everything that wants doing in my life right now.
