Your PPV looks great! So glad I'm not the only one who has just finished that Feb. block. :D

I wore my sweater the next day and noticed a snag on one elbow. :( So immediately I started imagining a crocheted elbow patch in a contrasting color.. I refuse to give this weater up! lol

Both your red, white, and blue blocks turned out really great. That Mercury block is fantastic, isn't it?

You'll have to talk (eventually!) about how you like the q-snap frames.. I've never bought them either because I have other options, but I am curious about them. (They'd surely leave less lines in the fabric, for example, but I wonder how the tension holds up.)

Yes, I think when I finally get back to my DWSAL blocks I will give the small one a go, it might be small enough. The tension is what I'm most interested in as well. I seem to remember them being Shae's frame of choice when doing xstitching.
