I think your knit afghan is going to be brilliant. Great color choices! I knit a blanket with increases kind of like that for a friend's wedding gift, but instead of squares it was one square that kept getting bigger and bigger and bigger... by the end I was ready to strangle myself with the yarn but it was really lovely. Pretty much identical to this http://www.lionbrand.com/patterns/60136AD.html?noImages=0 , but I had to pay Lion Brand for the pattern back then. I think yours is going to be great, I just hate having to sew things together.

The WIP-along sounds like a great idea. I *still* have to make my 2013 To Do list. Being sick totally threw me off track!

Pretty, pretty yellow afghan. Mango will look lovely with it!

The knit squares are just lovely. Knitting is a mystery to me!
