I was looking for something in the cleaning section at Big Lots... I don't remember what, some kind of sponge I think. Oh yeah, that Mr Clean Magic Eraser thing. I wanted to try it. ANd I saw this lonely ironing board cover with cute kitties and SNAG.
I labeled my Linus blanket wrong, I think I turned it in in March, but that's ok.
Yay! So glad you like! I was hoping you could use some of the fabrics for birthday blocks. There's no specific measurement on the pieces; my local Hancock's has an excellent remnant section and those are the result of my ransacking it. I thought of your daughter's room when I saw that brocade...even though it's not quite the right language. :)
I love your birthday blocks, especially the fabrics for the shooting star. That was the perfect charm pack for that block.
I ended up using some scraps & squares clumsychord sent me a year ago: The turquoise-ey mod looking ones came from her, the orange and green came from the charm pack. Between the blue and white block and the blue for the bear paw I was getting low on blue so that will come in really handy.
I have occasionally gotten lucky at our hancock remnant bin. I haven't even been to Hancock's in ages, though. Joann's is right up the road from me so I never make it to Hancock.
I'm about halfway through Clash of Kings (sequel to Game of Thrones) after a week, so I should probably be able to start the Fault in our Stars maybe next weekend.
It was fun to make a vide again. I'm going to try harder to make them more often. I've been making them since 2009 and I'm only on #40? Seriously? Such a bad TTMTer.
I was so amazed by that package. So much squee!
I'm so glad went down that aisle. Sometimes Big Lots is good for a serious score. I think I paid less than 10 bucks for it...

Oh my gosh, that bag is FANTASTIC. Heeee, I'm thrilled to see that! Aalia is some kind of killer creative!
LOVE the ironing board covering...so cute! You know, a can of spray paint will fix that avocado green! (Because you don't have anything else to do...)
I doubled up my ironing board cover when I replaced it. I kinda like it that way.
YAY for so many finished projects!

That's good to hear about the Magic Eraser. I also have a MR CLean SPonge Mop that I like, I think I bought it at Big Lots, too.
