I LOVE your Angry Birds!!! I'm for sure going to make them. I'd really like to make a quilt with them but I'm not sure yet. Depends on how many you design I guess.

I miss Wacky Racers! I haven't seen it in years and Penelope Pitstop was always my favorite! Can't wait to see your costume

Thanks!!! I have four ready to post, but I think I'll also make the red again so he has a background like the blue one. Then I've finished all the major characters, I think there is still a white big one and a green one with a parrot like beak... If there is interest in them I can try drafting also those one's.

translated: PLEASE ask me to do it, so I have an excuse and can write "due to the immense number of requests, I simply HAD to draw more angry birds" ;)

I love the angry bird blocks, although I've never played the game. They really look great - the graphic style translates really well.

I like the faded colours just as a reminder of what colour goes in which place, but I've done paper-piecing both ways and I'm fine either way.

I really like your new angry bird pattern. It is very well designed. I am fairly new to paper piecing but I think I prefer the non-colored pattern because I don't like to use my colored ink and I like that the seam allowance is shown on the non-colored one. Of course, an image of the finished design in color is important too, so that there is no confusion as to what fabrics to use for each section. Happy sewing!

Thanks to both of you for the advice, I think I prefer the black and white one, the faded colors turn out too faded in small pieces and I get confused.
I think I'll put both for this bird and see which one is preferred in the end.
Thanks!

Thanks SO much for your interest in my patterns :) I have the yellow bird ready and the pig, so it's four till now, but the first one had a solid red background, so I think I'll redraw it so he has a defined shape and neutral background like the other birds. If there's enough interest I could also try drawing the white and green bird.
