Pouncy is so cute! I am sure that you will be glad once the project is done on her room. I can't wait until my craft room is organized but dreading the fact that I have to go thru everything. oh well if I concur it a little bit every day it won't seem so daunting, at least I hope.

just pick one spot per day and get it just the way you want it. that's how I did mine last time, and it was much easier. I picked one bookshelf, or one roll-around drawer, etc.

I'm actually sitting on her bed. Thank goodness I wheeled her dresser into the dining room, or I would have had to sit on top of that!

What color are you painting? A freshly painted room seems so clean. Have fun!

"Deep garnet"... so basically blood red. With black trim. What can I say, she's a teenager. ;)

I should go do a coat right now... but I'm kinda wanting to go to bed early, so I don't want to start something that'll keep me up 2 or 3 hours.

My aren't you ambitious!? My room looks like that every time I leave it, paper piecing is NOT a neat sport :D

I have noticed that about paperpiecing. I had a rug in the project room that I could never ever get all the thread and bits of paper and fabric out of.
