[Having been quite a bit in her little zone the sudden voice gets her to jump a bit, almost dropping the vial. Taking a deep breath in relief she sets it down in a holder, turning towards the doorway.]

A-ah, Tsunade-sama... Just working on something, nothing too important.

*She wanders over to the lab bench and stands on the opposite side, examining Shizune's setup*
