Here are your instructions1.) Pick one (1) or two (2) fandoms-- and, heck, I'm not going to list them all out again. I'll be generous and say, anything I've committed more than 1000 words in over the last twelve ( Read more... )

So I've gone around and around in my head about what I want you to write. I have three options that equally make me smile at the thought of you writing them but am not sure which you'd like to do. Do you want me to give you a choice or should I just pick?

Let me guess, they're all Chris Evans prompts. Go ahead and list all three out; I want to see what ideas you have. =)

You know me so well.
Option 1. Five things different people taught Steve Rogers to like about the 21st century
Option 2. Some sort of Tony Stark/Pepper Potts
Option 3. Johnny Storm and Johnny Blaze in some sort of motorcycle dare devil thing. (I looked at Storm's bio and apperently at one time he was a canadate for the Zarathos demon, add to that the fire thing, and that bit in the first movie of each duology of them riding in a motocross/stunt show and I want to see them together.)

My dear, I thought you said you were going to ask for Push!

I can't scold your husband for this, and then give you a free pass - at least one of your prompts has to be fully eligible. AKA, something I've written at least a thousand words in, in the past. (Ghost Rider is the only fandom above that counts; but as Fantastic Four doesn't, that prompt cancels out.)

I may end up using one of your other prompts anyway. But it's not fair to the other participants to let my friends circumvent the clearly stated rules entirely. =)

Since this is set to be the last one of these, I'm going to do something unusual-for-me, and actually request sequelfic.
Specifically, either of:

# A follow-up at long last to "Closing Pandora's Box" (Castle/PJO)

# A follow-up to "Where No Sorcerer Has Gone Before" (Trek XI/Sorcerer's Apprentice)

If you need further prompting for either of these, then for "Box", one might cover Alexis talking to either of Martha or Beckett about fallout from her discovery. For "Sorcerer", two thoughts: the obvious would be Balthazar actually meeting reboot!Jim, the less obvious might be meeting reboot!Uhura (because in the context of this cross-universe, I can't help wondering if part of her and reboot!Spock's chemistry might involve a gift for the Mind Arts on her part).

And of course, if you've had other ideas simmering for these ;verses, you're absolutely welcome/encouraged to follow those.

Ooo, either of those would be fun to write. I'll have to do some pondering. =)

Lessee. We got my standard requests--more Grissom-is-Buffys-Dad and more Wesley-is-a-Wizard.

But it would also be fun to see more of William-the-Bloody-is-Nevilles-Uncle.

I would ask for more Lesser Men, as that is what I most want to see more of yours, but I dont think its eligible. Or the River-is-a-slayer one, but ditto.

Basically, you make it awfully tough to choose, because I love so much of your stuff!

I don't know if you noticed on the 2009 list, but I still owe you 2,000 words of Grissom-is-Buffy's dad: hopefully the actual meeting this time. I'm actually 1,400 words into writing it, so it should be up soon. =)

No, I don't allow "add to WIP" for one of these lists, though I haven't given up on either of the stories you've mentioned. It's the time/energy/research suck they represent that's kept me away from them the last couple of years; but I'll get back to them sooner or later. That's one of the reasons this is the last challenge I'm running, so I have time to devote to my WIPs.

Hm, either of the Angelverse/HP ones would be interesting; I think I left the Polaris Wyndham-Pryce one on kind of a cliff-hanger, actually. *thinking*

Could I please be put down for Buffy/McCoy, with the prompt of (I Won't Say) I'm in Love?

If not, then could I possibly have more of the Firefly/SW fusion verse you wrote for me for xover-exchange?

Thank you so much for doing this! :D

Ooo. Either of those would be interesting.

I'm still the only person that's ever posted Buffy/McCoy to the AO3, apparently... but River as Jedi... hmmm.

I'm good with either of them, so whichever one strikes your fancy. :)

You've probably seen the link by now, but this fic is finally up:

Carried Safe to Shore, which I actually wrote as a (less angsty) tag for my previous Buffy/Bones fic for you. Sorry it took so long!

I'm thinking, thinking, thinking... I can't decide!
Do I want more Beth Carter? Do I want more Wesley + SG1? Do I want more Tara + SG1? Do I want something else entirely? Crazy crossovers to go? Something with Severus Snape in an inappropriately strange universe like ST:Reboot or LotR or Star Wars?

I don't knowwwwwwww!

LOL. I do still owe you Wesley + SG-1 from last year, so that's covered; you're one of the two outstanding 2011 requests.

Let me know when you settle on three or fewer prompts. =)

Okay...

#1 Give Severus Snape a happy ending while zapping him into either the ST:Reboot universe or the Star Wars universe. (evil grin)
#2 More Grissom-and-the-firelizard.
#3 More Tara + SG1.

Wow. All three of those appeal to me for different reasons. I think the first would be more of a challenge than the others, though; I'll have to think about it!
