Merry Christmas! (and holiday ficlets)

Dec 25, 2007 23:20

I hope everyone's holidays have been lovely! Besides getting some awesome gifts, including a The Emperor's New Groove on DVD and book repair kit, I got to spend time with my mom's side of the family, and we all had a great time. We also had soooo much food. I haven't eaten this many sweets since Halloween. ;3 ( Read more... )

Ohhhhhhh!...I always love the signing of Hancock and Thomson. Beautiful!! The first patriots to indulge in treason. True Patriots!!!

HEE! I love it! I wasn't sure how you'd manage it, but it's perfect. Mmm, naked!Norrington. *dreamy smile*

Oooh! I love the Asmodeus/Raphael one. So sensuous and delicious. More, please!

*snicker* Oh, the irony of the Hancock/Thomson one. *roflh* Bravo!

Considering how easily (and repeatedly) everyone comes back from the dead, I wasn't too worried about pulling it off. Haha, yes, naked = good. It didn't seem slashy enough at first so I decided not to give Norrington clothes. XD

Thank you! I think I might draw some art from this fic. The muses are clamoring.

Haha, yeah. Poor Hancock. At least he is remembered though. *pets him*

*giggle* Yeah, it's pretty convenient to use the device when it's been used in the actual fandom. *smirk* I don't mind. I love picturing naked!Norrington and I'm sure Jack loved seeing it. *wink*

You're welcome! I'd love to see art for it. Especially the kiss. *dreamy smile*

That one had me snickering long after I turned off the computer, thinking about the irony.

No one dies in this fandom, srsly. It is kind of nice though to have a fandom where bringing someone back to life almost always makes sense.
Oh, Jack certainly did. XD

Yes, there are two drawings that I had in mind. One for the kiss and one of Asmodeus pushing Raphael onto his back.

Are poor Founding Fathers. I need to write something about them having their faces on our currency.

Sorry it took me forever to comment. Was way too busy watching my Christmas gift dvds. *grin* But anyhoo, I LOVES IT. Merci! I seriously will get to writing your drabbles. Just have one or so more movies to watch before I'm good to go. ^_^ I also loved the one you did for jestana. 'Twas way amusing.

I'm so pleased that you enjoyed the ficlet (and the Sparrington one as well)! I always did mean to write some Beckington. *hearts them*

Oooh, Christmas DVDs. Shiny! What, may I ask, has been playing at chez swingjugend? ^^

You should definitely write more Beckington. *smirk* I'd so read it all with quite the hungry appetite.

Monty Python's Meaning of Life, Taboo (gay samurai film), A Love to Hide (gay French film set during WWII), The House of Mirth (based on the Edith Wharton novel), and the first disc of my WWII documentary called The World in Conflict: Rare Archival Footage from 1931-1945.
