So just now, I got back from having dinner with my Core Japanese classmates. It really is such a good group. Everyone gets along really well, despite certain language barriers. I guess we're all sufficiently good enough at at least Japanese to make ourselves understood (to each other. The teachers are another story). We went to a Chinese restaurant

I have always been amused with the concept of a Chinese Viking.

Climate isn't as terrible in 東北地方、 or 北海道、 but every now and then, it can surprise you, like the freakin' hot summer when I was in 仙台。
