I bet the doctors won't like him drinking. It effects the blood which the heart pumps and this has what only been a few months? Still an easy time to reject the heart.

Also...is everyone blind or do they just not SEE the huge freaking scar Tsuna has from his transplant?! He's half-naked in the Dying Will!Tsuna mode. So why hasn't ANYONE especially Reborn commented on it?

Is Tsuna covering it with a bandage or make-up or something?
