A little poetry for the day

Nov 13, 2002 23:36

Once less breath have I left

Diminishing colors enduring black
Memoirs left to whisper ache
Inexhaustibly devoted attack
Brought an unforeseen mistake

Silver silken thoughts
Intangible designed embrace
Marks copper brandy-wine
Dribbled cold pamphlets trace

Tumbling autumn quake
Keel fast vanished brace
Sensation vacant crowd
Earthly vertigo erase

Solitary position once
Luminary nocturnal death
Two seconds leave
Craving collected breath

Once breath has left me less
