Yeah, so, remember my earlier post about snow?

Anyone who missed the bulletin - SFU IS CLOSED DUE TO BLIZZARD. Well, technically the road and traffic report (which took me a while to find despite how the SFU page says that the link is on the frontpage) says that the school is open, but classes are cancelled

XD Nono. I was selling some djs and someone who bought some from me was from Burnaby. =)

:D Snow Day! ...it's impossible for CA. Unless global warming really becomes that bad or MAD happens. >_O

...you never know! :D We might actually be living in this MOVIE-LIKE WORLD and there'll be sudden temperature changes! Snow in Africa and South America, and rain forests starting to grow in Greenland! :D

enjoy it! hopefully classes will be closed tomorrow, too. i wish i could have a legitimate excuse for my whole campus to close tomorrow so i could take the day off. -_-;

alas, i live in southern california. its definitely not going to snow tomorrow.

ahahahahaha, yeah, I remember wishing at various times during high school that we'd just get a random day off- if it wasn't freak of nature snow, then an earthquake that knocked over a few power lines or something so that there's be no electricity in school and therefore no being forced to go to school! XD

XDDD And then people would see you and gape and you could rest comfortably knowing that they won't stop gaping until you got to miss whatever it was you wanted to miss... XD

I have a downtown class tomorrow morning... I don't think they'll close the downtown one. ;_______;

But WOW. That bus thing is really scary. You know that's one of my worst fears? I always make sure I'm at the front half of those buses, in case it breaks in the middle... :S

Awww~ maybe they'll continue closing school for a while? XD

Yeah, I know! :O I was walking from the library to the West Mall, and I looked down at the bus loop and just gaped to see a bus stuck at a really sharp angle- the middle was on the curb and the rest of the bus looked dead. O.o;;

I try to sit in the front or the back... >___> I tend to avoid the middle, even if there are seats open.

I stayed up till like 2 AM last night workin on a CRWR project, then go to bed...and wake up to my cell ringing at qyuarter to 9..it's my mom telling me she's over by teh KY market and it's COVERED in snow. So I get up..cuz my bf's house (where I currently livE) is just down the street from the KY...but I can still see his grass..without my glasses on (not a good sign, lol)

Anyhoo, so I looked eVERYWHERE in teh hopes that Douglas was closed or classes canceled or something, but they didnt' get snow down there *pout*

oh, and about the fact that it's in MArch...my mom said the same thing (but her words were "I didn't think this was possible on March 8th.." But, thinking aobut it, we've had Snow in April before, so....this isn't INCREDIBLY odd...

Yeah, it was snowing in South Burnaby this morning, too... but it was those light sprinkles that turned to slush under your feet and made me go, '...:\' 'cause I didn't want to deal with wet pantlegs.

Really? :O Snow in April? Wow... but it's already spring! >___>

yeah...my bf's class was canceled today (due to something nto snow related prolly), so he drove me to school, and I took 2 steps outside and went "...my feet r wet already..thsi isn't a good sign.."

yeah, it happened once...we get crazy weather sometimes, lol.

I hate the fact that it's cold enough to snow..cuz that means it'll freeze all the slush of today...and Ice+Carmen+Gravity=NOT GOOD!

MAN, I WISH I HAD BROUGHT MY CAMERA TO SCHOOL TODAY. :O Freshly fallen, untouched, new thick snow is the most gorgeous thing ever.

But it did look at lot like the last time it snowed (except thicker than that. :O ) and I took pictures last time! :D Yahoo! album, but still. ^^;;
