The only memory I have of watching PR as a child is seeing Kim confronting Tommy to let him know she knows that he's the green ranger. That's it. Nothing more. Shortly thereafter my parents decided to kick my brother and I outside and we stopped watching so much tv.

What kind of rewrite? That whole thing could've gone so much darker.That's exactly my plan! Darker, more tramatic. I'm also debating the nature of what the spell *should* have been: 1) Part of Tommy knows he's being forced to serve Rita against his will and is trapped within his own mind so he can't ask for help (i.e. what I'd consider canon); 2) Tommy doesn't even know he's the Green Ranger, just that he has lapses in time and memory he can't explain; or 3) Tommy is blackmailed with something/someone into serving as the Green Ranger. I'm leaning towards two, just for something different. I'm also thinking there would be more serious injuries involved, some torture for him and Jason, and maybe a different version of what happened when Alpha had him trapped in the Command Center for a bit. Also, definitely thinking there will be more about the previous holders of the Power Coins and what happened to leave Rita with the Green Coin

Of course you do. That's the way you roll. I'm so excited that the rumor is that season 2 of the next incarnation of PR (20th Anniversary edition) will have visits from old Rangers. The potential there is AWESOME!

YES! SO MUCH EXCITEMENT! Also some fear that they will destroy my hard-earned personal fanon. Or as often tends to happen with PR (or so I've noticed), establish my fanon as canon, and leave me sulking because they still haven't hired me.
