-Frowns at ADSoR-

I sent a chapter to rosabelle just before she disappeared from the internets, asking her to beta it for me. She said it was good, except for the fact that she thought she remembered sugar doesn't exist in the future according to Time Force cannon. anolinde, dj_rocca, and challon86 were able to point me in the direction of which episode this was from, which is ( Read more... )

I think it was the whole future world BUT there is a loophole dear! Don't you fret!

Loophole: You can MAKE pizza, healthy pizza. They didn't ban flour or tomatoes did they? Though they may not have sugar they may have a "healthy" synthetic sugar because it IS needed even in savory recipes to cut down on the acid.

Hows that sound?

-Amused- purplestripe66 gave me the same suggestion about pizza being possibly healthy. The only problem with this would be that Alex complained about how greasy and unhealthy it was while they were eating it. -Frowns-

Thanks for the suggestion, thought! ♥

Oops? Sorry! XD

Maybe they brought the cookies with them from 2001 into the future and then Time Force was like, whoa, cookies are really, really tasty! We should have these more often! :D

I'd buy Time Force now allowing junk food, though. They hate fun.

Uh huh. Sure you are. -Wrinkles nose at you-

I had actually thought that since the cookie strategy takes place at Jen's parents' house, maybe *she* taught them how to make the cookies? Like, she somehow learned how to make them right at some point? ... But that doesn't explain Alex complaining about the greasy, unhealthy pizza. -_-;;; Apparently I need to research my stories better.

They do! But after re-reading all of ASDoR today, I think I'm actually going to drop that chapter entirely, and have the bonding one after it come later. I don't think they really fit at that point in the storyline. I might make the restaurant chapter into a one-shot though, just because.
