my supervisor at work (at least i call her my supervisor, i'm not totally sure what her position is in relation to me other than she trained me) is going on maternity leave at the end of may, and before she does that she wants to do my annual review (our fiscal year end is the end of july), and before she can do that, i have to get it started.
